TAGGENBRUNN BRUNCH

A boutique brunch experience – a culinary journey featuring creative and delicious dishes made from local ingredients, top-quality Taggenbrunn wines & a magical Castle Taggenbrunn atmosphere.

Take time for yourself every last Sunday of the month between 11:00 and 14:30 and enjoy the slow rhythm of a Sunday morning – among the vineyards, breathtaking views & selected flavors created for you by the Jezeršek team. Because flavours can become memories.

Magical dinner with a view

An evening to remember. Jezeršek signature culinary experience with a 5-course dinner and wine pairing on the private panoramic deck at Taggenbrunn. For a truly magical touch, the experience includes a telescope for admiring the stars and the moon. With only 4 tables on the terrace, the atmosphere guarantees privacy. Experience is available Thursday to Saturday from 7 p.m., ideal for couples seeking a truly intimate evening.

Picnic among the vineyards

A magical picnic set in the heart of Taggenbrunn vineyards A magical picnic set in the heart of Taggenbrunn vineyards. You can experience this fairytale picnic escape in 4 picturesque locations: by the pond, near the wild roses, at the view or in the vineyard alley.

The experience includes a carefully selected basket full of local delicacies, snacks and refreshments, provided by the culinary masters Jezeršek.

Creative Experiences

ARTY PARTY: SIP & PAINT

A creative “paint & sip” experience set within the historic walls of Castle Taggenbrunn, designed for all ages. Guided step by step by a professional instructor, guests create their own artwork while enjoying a glass of wine, gourmet bites and a relaxed, social atmosphere. No prior experience needed – just an open mind and a desire to unwind.

An ideal after-work escape or a unique evening among vineyards, where art, wine and ambiance come together in one memorable experience.

Outdoor experiences

Taggenbrunn panoramic lift & SLIDE - a place where the horizon unfolds before your eyes.

On site we have a panoramic lift over 40 meters high to our Castle Taggenbrunn, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscape.

At the top, take in the breathtaking view of the majestic Karavanke mountains, gracefully marking the natural border with Slovenia. The nearby Lorenziberg is also visible, offering a glimpse of the local landscape. You can also see all the way to the town of Sankt Veit an der Glan. The views seem infinite, offering a stunning and unforgettable backdrop.

A sense of freedom. A moment for you.

From the top, you can also enjoy the thrill of a 100-meter slide, adding an unforgettable touch of adventure to your visit. It is an exceptional tube slide that offers an adrenaline rush and takes you on a real adventure. It is open to all visitors who are at least 6 years old and at least 1.20 meters tall.

TRAMPOLINE PARK, SLIDER & PLAYGGROUND: A PARADISE FOR THE YOUNG AND YOUNG AT HEART

Taggenbrunn playground is a real wonderland. It covers 500 m² and offers a huge trampoline, mini zipline, climbing wall and swings, providing plenty of space for fun and adventure.

While parents can pamper themselves in our Wine Bar & Castle Café Taggenbrunn, Castle Restaurant Taggenbrunn or enjoy a walk through the vineyards, young ones can enjoy themselves on the fenced playground. Access to the playground requires a lift ticket, which costs €7. This ticket includes both the playground and the lift.

E-bike adventure through Taggenbrunn

A relaxing e bike adventure through the fairy-tale hills and vineyards of Taggenbrunn. Discover scenic green paths surrounded by nature. You can rent top quality e bikes and set off on adventurous or relaxing bike routes. Each rental includes a helmet and bike lock. There are several scenic and diverse cycling routes in the area, and our reception will provide you with recommendations based on your preferences.

Grape harvesting and vine pruning

Visit us at just the right time of year and you’ll have the chance to take part in an unforgettable experience: grape picking and vine pruning amidst our enchanting terraced vineyards. The experience follows the rhythms of the seasons and takes you from the vine to a glass of fine wine.

Wine School

For wine enthusiasts, we regularly host engaging wine workshops and captivating wine lectures, designed to appeal to both beginners and seasoned experts. Knowledge is essential for viticulture, and experience is a plus. You can gain both with us.
