The First Alpe-Adria Wine Festival & Clubbing – when wine and socializing merge into a unique experience
On Thursday, October 16, Castle Taggenbrunn in the heart of Carinthia will host the premiere of the Alpe-Adria Wine Festival & Clubbing – a new festival that unites the world of wine, gastronomy, culture, and social networking into one extraordinary experience. Selected winemakers from Austria, Slovenia, and Italy will gather in one place, offering visitors the opportunity to experience the complete story of the Alpe-Adria region in a single day – from unique tastings to an evening clubbing atmosphere.

Festival: wine diversity, gastronomy, and an exceptional setting
The festival opens its doors at 2 p.m., when Taggenbrunn will come alive with wine, encounters, and unforgettable moments. Visitors will be able to taste selected wines from renowned Austrian, Slovenian, and Italian winemakers, join expert talks, and participate in a blind tasting of award-winning Taggenbrunn wines. The Riedl family cultivates more than 40 hectares of castle vineyards, producing wines characterized by tradition, authenticity, and a modern approach.
In addition to wine, the festival will delight guests with a rich culinary offering. Visitors can enjoy specialties from selected producers, including Kärntner Milch, Fonda, Piranske soline, and OsterRob – the latter showcasing premium Japanese knives. Culinary highlights will also be provided by the Jezeršek Catering team with their signature dishes. A unique gastronomic experience will be accompanied by live music on the castle terrace, one of the most beautiful in the region. The musical atmosphere will be created by Emely Myles & Band, finalist of The Voice of Germany.
Clubbing: when wine meets the evening beat
As the sun sets behind the castle walls, the event will shift into a new chapter – an evening of music and celebration. At 7 p.m., the magnificent castle concert hall will host Clubbing with DJ Rinabro, who will create an authentic club atmosphere with contemporary beats, ensuring the night continues in the spirit of relaxation, connection, and new encounters.
A new chapter in the region’s wine calendar
Organized by Jezeršek Catering in cooperation with exclusive media partner Kleine Zeitung and partners Transgourmet, Koželj Wines, Jacques Lemans, Antenne Kärnten, and Kärnten Card, the Alpe-Adria Wine Festival & Clubbing is more than just an event. It marks the beginning of a new tradition that transcends borders, combining wine, gastronomy, and culture, and strengthening the Alpe-Adria region as one of Europe’s most exciting event destinations.
With its international character, the festival not only opens the door to new flavors and experiences but also serves as an excellent gateway to the Central European market, creating opportunities for new stories, collaborations, and partnerships across the Alpe-Adria region.
