tHE TIME GODDESS

The Goddess of Time by universal artist André Heller seems to keep watch over the entire estate. She represents a powerful nature spirit who is entrusted with the protection of Castle Taggenbrunn, the vineyards and all visitors. The elaborate 12-metre-high sculpture was designed by versatile artist André Heller.

The artwork consists of plants, rock crystal, metal, light and water. The sculpture is a magical reminder of our responsibility for planet Earth and nature in particular, inspiring in the viewer a sense of wonder and contemplation.

The heart of our vineyard is Andrea Riedl, wine estate manager & owner. She brings us together, inspires us, and, with her passion for winemaking, delights everyone who experiences Taggenbrunn wines.

Under the expertise of cellar master Hubert Vittori, the winery combines tradition with modern sustainability. Our work goes hand in hand with nature, from pruning the vines to treating the foliage and harvesting. That’s why every vintage is the result of dedication, passion and the art of sustainable winemaking.

Our wines have been awarded several prestigious awards, including being named Carinthian Regional Winner, and have also received recognition at the Falstaff Wine Review, SALON Wine Austria and the Berlin Wine Trophy.
