Gröbming / Taggenbrunn, July 2025 – For over 30 years, the Ennstal Classic has been one of Europe’s most prestigious classic car rallies, thrilling visitors with its extraordinary atmosphere, legendary cars and international participants along some of Austria’s most beautiful routes. From 2025, Jezeršek Catering will be the proud official catering partner of the Ennstal Classic, providing unforgettable culinary experiences of the highest standard at several key events.
With its innovative culinary signature, regional ties and excellent event catering, the internationally, family-run company from Slovenia, will accompany three important culinary moments of the Ennstal Classic: On 17 July, participants can look forward to a delightful lunch break at Taggenbrunn Castle & Winery, where, as last year, they will enjoy Jezeršek’s creative Alpine-Adriatic cuisine in the stylish ambience of the Weinbergsaal. In addition, Jezeršek Catering will also be spoiling guests with extraordinary culinary creations at the atmospheric evening events on 18 and 19 July in Gröbming.

The family business, run by four brothers, Rok, Martin, Luka and Jure Jezeršek, has been one of the leading names in fine dining, event catering and organisation in Europe and worldwide for over four decades. Since May 2024, Jezeršek has been responsible for the entire hospitality division of Taggenbrunn Castle & Winery – including culinary, the boutique hotel and event organisation – which is once again one of the selected stops on this year’s Ennstal Classic tour. Since then, the estate has developed into one of the leading culinary destinations and one of the most exciting event locations in the region, offering a wide range of culinary, cultural and outdoor experiences.
The partnership with Jezeršek marks the beginning of a new culinary quality offensive for the Ennstal Classic, which will make its high standards palpable in the gastronomic sphere as well. Together, we look forward to unforgettable moments – on the road and on the plate.

As a historical gem in central Carinthia, Taggenbrunn Castle & Winery is known for its high-calibre cultural events, but also as a winery that is renowned beyond the region’s borders. The 40-hectare estate, including the castle, was acquired in 2011 by the Riedl family, founders of the internationally successful watch and jewellery brand Jacques Lemans. After years of extensive renovation work, it reopened in 2016 with the first events of the Taggenbrunn Festival (Festpiele). At the same time as the acquisition, the foundation stone was laid for the Taggenbrunn Winery with its award-winning wines. In a dreamlike Alpine-Adriatic landscape, the historic castle offers a museum with a historical and modern exhibition curated by André Heller, “Zeiträume” (Time Periods), in addition to the newly designed castle restaurant and the cosy Wine bar & Castle Café. A covered concert hall, which serves as the venue for the Taggenbrunn Festival, among other things, forms the heart of the complex.
