Will the wine be delivered in advance (13 or 14 October)?
• The application is only considered final after written confirmation from the organizer.
• The participation fee is €200 + VAT . The fee includes administrative costs, listing of the exhibitor in the printed brochure, the website (exhibitor list), and the floor plan.
• The winery agrees to provide a sufficient quantity of wine samples for tasting (estimated for 500 guests; final number to be confirmed a few days before the event).
• In case of no-show without written cancellation by 25 September 2025, a fee of €500 will be charged.
• The organizer does not cover transportation, accommodation, or additional equipment costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PRESS ACCREDITATIONS FOR

Alpe-Adria Wine Festival & Clubbing

If you wish to attend the Alpe-Adria Wine Festival & Clubbing as a media representative, culinary critic, blogger or influencer and report on the event, we kindly invite you to submit an accreditation request.

Application deadline: Monday, 06 October 2025

All submitted requests will be carefully reviewed. Selected applicants will be notified of the accreditation approval no later than one week before the event. Please note that accreditations cannot be guaranteed after the deadline.

Press pass collection will be possible on the day of the event, Thursday, 16 October 2025, from 2 PM onwards, at the entrance to the event venue.

Media representatives who receive confirmation of accreditation via email must present a valid press card at registration in order to collect their pass.
